Grandpa DeeDoose

About a month ago we celebrated my father-in-law's 80th birthday! He and my MIL are so important to me! They are kind, spiritual, generous, wise, and have an amazing love for their family. I admire both of them so much!

We had everyone do a talent for Grandpa. And we have some pretty amazingly talented people in our family (Snorr can wrap his arm all the way around his head and touch his ear on the other side)! The Mulk and my BIL and SIL sang some silly songs that grandpa used to sing to them when they were growing up. Oh how we laughed! I had tears rolling down my cheeks! And my girls sang a song for grandpa and my nieces sang a song and played the flute. We love grandpa! (By the way - grandpa got his DeeDoose name because he LOVES playing a game called, "DeeDoose" where he crosses his legs and puts the grandbabies on the end of his foot and lifts them up and down, saying "DeeDoose".) And now that most of the grandchildren are too big for DeeDoose, he takes them to the park or fishing or whatever they want to do. He is so cute with the grandkids!
